You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium eyewear. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Consistently deliver sales plans and objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty. Provide an exceptional customer experience through connection, attention to detail, and personalized service, resulting in customer satisfaction. Participate actively in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management. Maintain store appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all assets under control. Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or GED Embrace new technology and change with high accuracy Self-accountability for sales results, with strong communication skills Self-motivated with ability to multitask and adapt quickly Sunglass Hut is part of Luxottica, a leader in fashion, luxury, and sports eyewear. Pay Range: $16.50 - $19.90 Employee pay depends on various factors including location, experience, and skills. Benefits may include healthcare, retirement, paid time off, and employee discounts.
