Reports to Team Leader
Job Summary - Support the management of a set of retail accounts
- Work Closely with Driver, Team Leader, Sales Professional
- Ensure execution of key supplier programs and focuses
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Execute Impact Excellence programs to drive key supplier sales objectives
- Maintain retail call frequency as required
- Support Volume PFP and Execution PFP objectives
- Pre-work daily to prepare for next day calls
- Be prepared daily with correct merchandise to keep accounts up to date
- Monitor Quality Control Standards (product freshness, finished product loss)
- Develop Sales Support Route - including performance and customer relations
- Develop Sales Support Route efficiency
- Run sales professional pre-sell routes as required
- Integrate Score the Store platform - strive for Market Excellence in all accounts
- Respond, Investigate, Resolve retailer questions and concerns
- Ensure compliance with all legal guidelines, Company and AB standards and policies
- Participate in team environment of fearless feedback and total transparency
Qualifications and Requirements - Have valid Driver's license and must be 21 years of age
- Beverage and Consumer product sales experience preferred
- Must learn software specific computer programs
- Very outgoing along with strong self-direction
- Work with minimal supervision, ability to set priorities, and multitask
Working Conditions - Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions and wide temperature variations
- Must be able to work flexible hours through the week and have weekend availability
- Week before and during National Holidays are a must
Physical Requirements - Must be able to lift 1/2 barrel kegs
- Must be able to climb ladders while working safely
- Able to maneuver Floor Jacks in large box stores
- Rotate up to 100 cases of beer a day and build 500 case displays
