Job Description

• Support the management of a set of retail accounts
• Work Closely with Driver, Team Leader, Sales Professional
• Ensure execution of key supplier programs and focuses

• Execute Impact Excellence programs to drive key supplier sales objectives
• Maintain retail call frequency as required
• Support Volume PFP and Execution PFP objectives
• Pre-work daily to prepare for next day calls
• Be prepared daily with correct merchandise to keep accounts up to date
• Monitor Quality Control Standards (product freshness, finished product loss)
• Develop Sales Support Route - including performance and customer relations
• Develop Sales Support Route efficiency
• Run sales professional pre-sell routes as required
• Integrate Score the Store platform - strive for Market Excellence in all accounts
• Respond, Investigate, Resolve retailer questions and concerns
• Ensure compliance with all legal guidelines, Company and AB standards and policies
• Participate in team environment of fearless feedback and total transparency

• Have valid Driver's license and must be 21 years of age
• Beverage and Consumer product sales experience preferred
• Must learn software specific computer programs
• Very outgoing along with strong self-direction
• Work with minimal supervision, ability to set priorities, and multitask

• Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions and wide temperature variations
• Must be able to work flexible hours through the week and have weekend availability
• Week before and during National Holidays are a must

• Must be able to lift 1/2 barrel kegs
• Must be able to climb ladders while working safely
• Able to maneuver Floor Jacks in large box stores
• Rotate up to 100 cases of beer a day and build 500 case displays
