Tech Valley Talent (TVT) has a hybrid opening for a Salesforce Administrator.

DURATION: 8+ months with possible extension

LOCATION : Albany, NY - 4 days a week remote and 1 day onsite (Wednesdays)

Seeking a highly qualified and experienced Salesforce Administrator to help with the implementation and support of Force.com-based applications across the organization.

Qualifications

• Certified Salesforce Administrator with Trailhead Badges/Super Badges
• Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience administrating Salesforce/force.com products including Service Cloud
• Experience with Marketing Cloud and/or Call Center a plus.
• Experience Managing production updates/releases.
• Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools
• Experience with JIRA a plus.
• Ability to prioritize workstreams simultaneously and deliver results for a fast-paced program.
• Excellent organization and ability to analyze requirements and documents effectively.
• Strong technical understanding of the Salesforce platform along with excellent communication and analytic skills are required
• Excellent communication and analytical skills to engage with business subject matter experts to solve business needs and resolve issues.
• Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets.

Day to Day Tasks

• All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
• User support tickets (no after-hours support required)
• Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders for small enhancements.
• Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, Lightning Experience Sites, Approval Processes, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports.
• Sandbox environment management.
• Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
• Monitor user adoption.
• User training and creating training materials.
• Documentation in JIRA of issue resolution
• Documentation in JIRA of configuration changes
