We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Salesforce development and administration, who can contribute to enhancing our technology platforms and ensuring system users receive optimal solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications tailored to evolving business needs.

Responsibilities:
• Design and implement technical solutions based on business requirements, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Develop and customize Salesforce components, including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and workflows.
• Maintain and optimize Salesforce applications such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot Marketing, and B2B webstore.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish processes and tools that improve platform efficiency and user experience.
• Troubleshoot system errors, manage Salesforce updates, and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Provide ongoing support for Salesforce-related requests, addressing end-user needs through ticket resolution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and training materials to ensure knowledge transfer.
• Deploy third-party tools and integrations to enhance Salesforce functionality.
• Assist in setting strategic goals and initiatives for platform development and improvements.
• Analyze problems, recommend solutions, and ensure successful implementation.• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer 1 certifications are required; additional certifications are advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical and business applications development using Salesforce.com platform technologies.
• Proficiency in Salesforce administrative tasks, including user profiles, roles, custom objects, fields, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
• Expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; experience with E-Commerce platforms is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide forward-thinking solutions for system users.
• Familiarity with project management, system implementation, and integration processes.
• Capability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Solid understanding of business processes and requirements, ensuring alignment with technical solutions.
