Role:-
  • As a Salesforce Product Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs, implement product strategies, and own the end-to-end lifecycle of business information systems projects.
  • You will drive initiatives globally, working closely with business and technical teams to design, build, test, and implement solutions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • We're seeking an experienced and self-directed individual with a strong background in enterprise business application management and development.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, technical acumen, and the ability to solve complex problems in fast-paced environments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Act as the primary voice and representative of applications within your functional area.
  • Manage the entire product management process, including idea generation, requirements gathering, prototyping, and delivery.
  • Lead discussions with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive Salesforce initiatives.
  • Research and propose solutions to meet internal customer needs.
  • Oversee configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce, NetSuite, and integration systems.
  • Remove roadblocks, triage defects, and provide clear communication to stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor a team of product owners.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • 5+ years of product management or similar experience in software and business application development.
  • Proven experience leading and supporting enterprise business application management and development.
  • Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional technical skills and business acumen, with the ability to address complex challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and in dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in documenting requirements and process flows.
Education and Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant technical experience considered.
  • Recommended Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder.
  • References from business or IT leaders familiar with your previous work.
