About the job you're considering: Your role will define capabilities required for implementation start, define data model required and data required to seed, define org wide settings, and define profiles/permissions/security.
Your skills and experience: You need 15 years of experience, at least 10 years of Salesforce implementation experience (at least 8 as a Solutions Architect), experience aligning SFDC technologies with both prospect business goals and technical requirements, technical and business requirements gathering, and effective positioning of SFDC solutions to meet those requirements. You should have experience in developing and delivering demonstrations to senior level personnel, managing offshore development resources, tasks including configuration, customization, data migration, integration, knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies, and end-to-end business architecture and supporting technical components for at least 3 Salesforce projects. Significant consulting/client facing background and participation in each phase of at least three full Salesforce lifecycle implementations are also required. Nice to have: Certified Salesforce Architect.
