The Salesperson will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with clients. They will play a key role in driving revenue and expanding our customer base.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, and customer interactions
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented approach.
- Associate's degree preferred.
- Construction experience preferred.
- Must be available for travel.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, kneel, bend, reach, climb stairs, squat, grasp, and twist for extended periods.
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment such as boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and hearing protection when going into production areas.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- This is an indoor/office work environment.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
