Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking an in-person Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in an elementary school setting in Saint Louis Park, MN . We will also consider a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) , provided appropriate supervision and Minnesota scope of practice requirements can be met.
CaseloadElementary school students
School-based services
Provide speech and language services to elementary-aged students
Implement therapy plans and interventions aligned with student goals
Conduct evaluations, screenings, and progress monitoring (SLP only, per licensure guidelines)
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in IEP meetings and school-related meetings
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
Candidates must meet Minnesota SLPA requirements
Supervision will be provided by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist

SLP: Active Minnesota SLP license or eligibility prior to start date
SLPA: Active Minnesota SLPA registration/licensure
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
Bachelors degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or related field (SLPA)
School-based experience preferred but not required
Ability to work in an in-person school setting
