Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A temporary opportunity is available for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide onsite leave coverage in a K-12 school setting located in Anoka, MN. This position supports students in a dynamic educational environment by implementing and overseeing behavioral interventions tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct behavioral interventions and assessments aligned with IEP goals.
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior support plans for students across K-12 grades.
• Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
• Provide data collection and analysis to guide decision-making and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Offer training and consultation to school personnel regarding behavior management strategies.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and district regulations during the leave coverage period.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
• Proven experience working within K-12 school environments implementing behavioral support.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families.
• Ability to independently manage caseload and documentation.
• Licensure and a detailed resume must be provided to be considered for the role.

Position Details:

• Location: Anoka, Minnesota
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
• Contract Duration: January 5, 2026, through February 9, 2026
• Position covers a leave of absence for the current BCBA
