Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based opportunity is available for a Behavior Specialist with BCBA or RBT credentials, serving K-12 students. This contract position is based onsite in Tallassee, Alabama, and runs from ASAP through May 21st, 2026. Both part-time and full-time schedules are open, providing flexibility to accommodate different availability and preferences.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) credential preferred; RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) license required
• Experience in school settings with K-12 students
• Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and support plans
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff
• Valid and current BCBA or RBT license must be presented

Location:
Tallassee, Alabama (onsite)

Responsibilities include:

• Providing behavior analysis services and interventions to support students educational goals
• Conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
• Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to implement effective behavior strategies
• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed
• Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with licensing requirements
