Overview

BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking a Scrum Master (Junior) for both the MD area and the PA area. This is a full-time, remote role with travel to Government or Contractor facilities in PA and MD as required. The average workday is 8 hours, scheduled between 6:00am and 6:00pm ET, Monday through Friday, with core hours from 9:00am to 3:00pm covered. Benefits include health insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile processes for one or more Scrum Teams to ensure delivery and releases are within scope.
• Responsible for ongoing development of the team and continued improvement of the development process, product quality, and quantity of work delivered.
• Guide and coach the Scrum Team to achieve its objectives.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: A Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a related field.
• Specialized Experience: At least three (3) years of relevant experience. Scrum Master certification is typically preferred.
