Our client, a dynamic leader in the events industry, is seeking an Event Coordinator to join their team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting various on-site events. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a calm demeanor under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Event Coordinator

Location: Palm Springs, CA

Pay Range: $25-30.00

Shift: Fri, Sat and Sun 11am - 5pm maybe longer. 

What's the Job?

• Assist Manager with on-site event execution to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Ensure outstanding client experience throughout the event with excellent customer service skills.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Utilize creative problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Maintain a calm and organized environment, even under pressure.
