Maya Dayclub / Clubhouse is currently looking for a Security Manager to join our team! This is a non-exempt position, with the base compensation ranging from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour.

We're searching for a candidate who can:

• Lead and mentor the Security team.
• Greet patrons and check IDs.
• Provide security and safety, protecting bar patrons and staff.
• Maintain bar supplies, when needed.
• Monitor bar or club perimeter for safety concerns.
• Assess customer behavior and intoxication. Removing patrons when necessary.
• Build a security team with safety and hospitality as core values.
• Train security staff.
• Manage labor and write thoughtful schedules.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills - fluent in English language.
• Excellent leadership skills and experience leading a team.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
• A guest-oriented mindset.
• Necessary food, alcohol, and security certifications.
