Job Title : Security Patrol Officer (Bicycle / Vehicle)

Job Overview :
ASPIS SOLUTIONS is seeking a dedicated and professional Security Patrol Officer (Bicycle / Vehicle) to safeguard designated properties, assets, personnel, and visitors of our client. As a Security Patrol Officer, your responsibilities will include patrols, investigating suspicious activity, amongst other security duties. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent observational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm and make decisive decisions in any situation.

Pay Rate: $27.00/ hour

Shift: Swing / Grave

Key Responsibilities :

• Patrol public right-of-way areas on foot and bicycle regularly.
• Observe and report crime accurately, using proper reporting techniques.
• Deter criminal activity by maintaining a visible security presence.
• De-escalate minor situations with professionalism and composure.
• Serve as a reliable witness to criminal activities, ensuring detailed and thorough incident reporting.
• Communicate effectively with law enforcement and other authorities when necessary.
• Maintain detailed activity logs and prepare surveillance reports.
• Adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and safety protocols.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active CA BSIS Guard Card and CA BSIS Baton License.
• Valid Driver's license (for the job state).
• Ability to ride a bicycle for patrolling purposes.
• Must provide own black patrol-type boots.
• Excellent observation, de-escalation, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with law enforcement, client, and others.
• Familiarity with local laws and public safety protocols.
• Good judgment and the ability to assess and handle situations objectively.
• Proficient in reporting and documentation.
• Working knowledge of security operations, public safety, and procedures.
• Familiarity with state laws and regulations.
• Trained in First Aid and self-defense preferred
