Scope: Lead Multichannel ABM Programs: Develop, implement, and optimize innovative multichannel ABM campaigns to drive personalized, targeted engagement across key accounts within the manufacturing industry. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales leadership, product marketing, business development, and field marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of ABM strategies across various channels. Utilize Advanced Marketing Tools: Leverage hands-on experience with 6Sense, Salesforce (SFDC), and gifting platforms to enhance the effectiveness of ABM initiatives and deliver tailored experiences to key accounts. Analyze and Optimize Campaigns: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of ABM campaigns, using data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve strategies for maximum impact and ROI. Team Leadership: Lead a highly effective team of four global account-based marketers to scale the account-based marketing program and drive cross-functional program success. What you will do: Design and Execute ABM Campaigns: Develop, implement, and optimize multichannel ABM programs tailored to engage key accounts within the manufacturing industry. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams: Partner closely with sales leadership, product marketing, business development, and field marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution of ABM strategies. Utilize Advanced Marketing Tools: Apply hands-on experience with 6Sense, Salesforce (SFDC), and gifting platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness and deliver personalized experiences. Analyze Campaign Performance: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of ABM campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI. Drive Stakeholder Engagement: Foster high levels of collaboration and partnership across various stakeholders to ensure alignment with the overarching ABM strategy. Select and Activate Key Accounts: Strategically identify and activate key accounts in collaboration with sales teams to drive targeted engagement and business growth. What we are looking for: Experience: 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in ABM and 3+ years management experience Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with 6Sense, Salesforce (SFDC), Marketo and gifting platforms (Sendoso, Alyce). Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to develop and implement effective ABM strategies that drive personalized engagement and business growth. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance to derive actionable insights. Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the manufacturing, supply chain and/or B2B SaaS market and understanding of challenges and opportunities.
