Job Description

Our client, a globally recognized fashion and lifestyle brand, is hiring Senior Director/Director Global Marketing (Men's) to join the team in their corporate office in New York City. In this role you will spearhead and implement global marketing strategies, focusing specifically on a niche product line within the overall brand. The ideal candidate should have the ability to engage consumers through compelling brand narratives, fully understanding the brand’s vision within the global market.

Job Duties Include:

• Provide strategic leadership in developing and executing global marketing initiatives aligned with brand vision and objective
• Foster innovative collaboration across cross-functional teams to develop innovative marketing campaigns and drive brand growth
• Execute campaigns by overseeing the planning, launch, and optimization of marketing strategies across diverse markets
• Ensure efficient operational execution of marketing initiatives
• Drive clear and consistent communication between internal teams and external partners
• Manage and coach direct reports, ensuring each team member understands their responsibilities and feels supported with clear guidance and development opportunities

Job Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Experience working with luxury brands
• Men’s fashion experience is required
• Professional experience in fashion, digital marketing, and/or agency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Mac applications (Outlook, Keynote)
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
• Strong team player and solution-oriented
• Ability to think proactively, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Strong follow-through with attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills

Salary: $170k annually + bonus
