Job Details
This is a high-visibility, client-facing role with ownership over project performance from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll work closely with estimating, operations, and field teams to drive timelines, control costs, and exceed expectations.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of plumbing projects — planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout — while keeping safety and quality front and center.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Estimators, Foremen, Subcontractors, and Clients to align resources and keep the project on track.
Budget & Contract Oversight: Manage contract scope, project cost controls, forecasting, and change orders to protect margin and meet financial goals.
Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for customers, building relationships, resolving challenges, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Performance Tracking: Implement tools and processes to monitor productivity, materials, and labor — proactively identifying and addressing risks or delays.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Experience: Solid background in commercial construction project management — plumbing and HVAC experience is a big plus.
Leadership: A confident, proactive leader who’s comfortable driving accountability, even without direct authority.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Solutions-oriented with a sharp eye for spotting potential issues and course-correcting in real time.
Organized & Strategic: Adept at managing multiple moving parts while staying focused on the big picture.
