Quality Control Manager Construction

Nationwide Travel | Full-Time

Are you passionate about driving excellence in construction projects and ensuring the highest quality standards from start to finish? We're seeking a Quality Control Manager to join a leading design-build contractor delivering large-scale, complex projects across industries such as Data Centers, Advanced Technology, Food & Beverage, and Manufacturing.

What you'll do:

• Lead the daily activities of the Quality Control program from project start-up through completion.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with contract documents and industry standards.
• Train and support project teams in quality processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee inspections of installations, materials, and equipment to verify quality and performance.
• Create, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Control Plans.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors, and manufacturers to ensure quality excellence.

What we're looking for:

• 57+ years of construction experience (light/heavy industrial experience highly desired).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel up to 100% across U.S. projects.
• Proven track record of managing subcontractors and driving quality results on complex builds.
