Workstream is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to be a foundational partner to our go-to-market (GTM) teams. This role will own the strategy, design, and execution of Workstream\'s revenue engine. You\'ll work closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales (customer success, implementation, and support), providing data-driven insights, process optimizations, and strategic guidance to accelerate growth and prepare the organization for scale.
This is more than a technical or analytical role; we\'re looking for a creative problem-solver with a strong business mind. You\'ll be a trusted advisor, leading complex, cross-functional projects and bringing a consultative approach to our most critical business questions. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone ready to build, iterate, and drive tangible results in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range
In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this role is between $160,000 to $200,000 in Menlo Park. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidates compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
