What we looking for: Single point of contact for customers for specific area Should have 10+ years of experience in leading planning, execution, and delivery of IT programs and services. Should have worked closely with Customer stake holders Should be self-driven, flexible and have very positive attitude. Should take ownership of his\her area in getting things done by the team in the right way and demonstrating the efforts in front of the customer Should be proficient in creating excel reports and power point presentations for project planning. Should have very good verbal communication and able to communicate clearly Should be team player and hands-on in planning tasks. Should be creative and think of new ideas to provide value through project delivery Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Manage project resources, including staff allocation, to optimize productivity and efficiency. Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure successful outcomes. Track and report performance metrics, including key milestones, budget expenditures, and resource utilization. Provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project delivery capabilities.
