The ideal candidate is tasked with developing a wide array of learning materials designed to empower learners and enhance their understanding of our platform, ensuring a seamless and impactful learning experience. This role, based within a 30-mile radius of West Palm Beach, Florida, offers an 18-month remote-working opportunity with a focus on innovation, quality, and learner success in the AI-driven curriculum development. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop diverse learning materials including written content, videos, interactive modules, and job aids for various training formats. Participate in pre-release planning, contributing to discussions on the latest product release changes. Produce concise narratives, real-world examples, and guided labs for course chapters. Develop assessments to measure learners' skills and knowledge. Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to gather course content and ensure high-quality learning materials. Must-Have Skills: Extensive experience in curriculum development and instructional design principles. Proficiency in eLearning technologies (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate) and web technologies (HTML, JavaScript). Strong project management and team collaboration skills.
