Shift Supervisor

• $26/hr starting wage
• 48hrs/week minimum with opportunity for additional OT
• After 60days: health/dental/vision
• 401k after 1year w/5% match
• 12 hour shifts, rotating schedule; every other weekend
• Required: drug screening and background check

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain scheduled production to meet targets and deadlines.
• Motivate and guide operators to achieve production goals.
• Review and approve all shift production records.
• Manage the daily shift schedules for operators.
• Complete all required reports and documentation accurately and on time.
• Support and develop team members through recorded coaching and training sessions.
• Ensure safety is always a priority and enforce safety protocols.
• Support quality and food safety standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of machinery and equipment operation.
• Physical capability to bend, lift, climb, turn, and reach overhead.
• Ability to remain on feet for most of the shift with substantial walking.
• Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and night shifts throughout the year.
• Proficiency in navigating and using touch screen interfaces.

16. modify work procedures or processes to meet deadlines
