Hotel: Hilton Charlotte Airport 2800 Coliseum Centre Drive Charlotte, NC 28217 Full time

Compensation Range: $15.00-$15.75-$17.70

Job Description

What You Will Do:

• Safely drive guests to and from local spots like airports, restaurants, and events your route, their adventure!
• Assist guests with luggage because every suitcase deserves a helping hand.
• Welcome guests warmly and respond quickly to their questions or requests.
• Handle guest concerns with care and escalate when needed to keep things smooth.
• Keep our shuttles, front drive, and lobby clean and sanitized for everyone's comfort and safety.

What We Are Looking For:

• Customer-focused: You know that a great attitude makes every ride better.
• Licensed and safe driver: Your valid driver's license and care on the road keep guests secure.
• Strong communicator: You handle questions and concerns like a pro, making guests feel heard.
• Physically fit: Ready to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet during your shift.
