Software DeveloperSummary

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Software Developer to join our fast-growing development team. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or developers early in their careers to grow in a supportive and innovative environment.

As a member of our development team, you’ll contribute to designing, building, and maintaining scalable, cloud-based software solutions while growing your technical skills. You’ll work closely with a team of developers who will guide you through every step of the development process, helping you build confidence and capability in your craft.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development team members to deliver high-quality software solutions for our clients.

• Participate in solution planning, idea vetting, and technical design discussions with guidance from senior team members.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including account management, business, and infrastructure, to implement business functionality.

• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews.

• Learn and apply development best practices to improve software quality and reliability.

• Actively engage in team learning activities and strive for continuous improvement.

Must-Have Qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Exposure to at least one programming language such as PHP, JavaScript, Java, or C# through academic projects, internships, or personal work.

• Basic understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL).

• Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and software development fundamentals.

• Experience using version control systems such as Git.

• Experience working with an IDE such as IntelliJ, PhpStorm, or Visual Studio.

• Strong desire to learn and grow as a developer.

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

While not required, we’d love to hear about any experience you have with:

• Working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
• Agile software development methodologies.
• Digital marketing concepts, search engine optimization (SEO), or analytics.
