We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled, and battle-tested Solar Installer to join our elite team. You’ll be responsible for leading installations, solving complex field issues, and mentoring others by example.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Install solar panels on rooftops and ground-mounted systems according to blueprints and schematics.
• Collaborate with project managers and other installers to ensure timely completion of installations.
• Conduct site assessments to determine optimal placement of solar systems.
• Perform electrical work including high voltage and low voltage connections, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Utilize tools such as voltmeters for testing electrical systems and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites.
• Adhere to safety protocols while working at heights and around electrical equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients during the installation process.

Experience

• Previous experience as a solar installer, crew lead, or in a similar role for 2 or more years is a requirement.
• Familiarity with reading blueprints and schematics is essential.
• Experience working on construction sites, particularly in roofing or fixture installation, is highly desirable.
• Ability to work with both high voltage and low voltage systems is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this position.
