Located in New Canaan, CT, in an expansive and welcoming YMCA, our Sports Department is seeking a leader in the field of sports to maintain our current and robust programs, as well as come in with a creative and growth mindset to help us expand further. This position requires extensive knowledge of basketball programming and large-scale basketball tournaments. The ideal candidate will also have experience and/or interest in pickleball, volleyball, softball, and a variety of youth sports programs such as ultimate frisbee and golf. We require that candidates have experience working with children and running athletic programming. Bachelor's degree in Physical Education/Sports Management or related field is preferred.
