We are currently seeking a seasoned and highly motivated Sr. Estate Planning Attorney to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of estate planning matters while ensuring the highest level of service to our clients. Job Details

Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in estate planning and estate/trust administration. Independently advise clients with $20M+ in assets!
Skills:

• Proficiency in drafting estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
• Strong understanding of estate and trust administration processes.
• Excellent writing, research, and organizational skills
• Experience in all aspects of gift and estate tax planning (revocable and irrevocable), estate and trust administration, charitable planning and family business succession planning
