Job Description
Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Accounting professional to join their team and contribute to their continued success. This position is responsible for coordinating and performing professional and technical duties related to financial operations. The role includes maintaining control over fiscal systems by monitoring and analyzing financial records, preparing reports, recommending accounting procedures and controls, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations. Able to handle complex bank reconciliations. The position also involves preparing and interpreting monthly and annual financial reports in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) guidelines. This is a 100% on-site position. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field with at least 24 units in accounting. 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting. Strong ability to interpret laws, regulations, and policies to ensure accurate financial reporting. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in preparing and analyzing complex financial reports and identifying solutions. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work extended hours when needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Implement and monitor internal accounting controls. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards. Collaborate with department managers to meet reporting requirements. Prepare reconciliations, financial statements, and journal entries. Identify and correct discrepancies in complex accounts. Assist with year-end closing, audit preparation, and external auditor support. Attend relevant training, meetings, and workshops. Perform other duties as assigned. Great benefits.
