Rivian is on a mission to keep the world adventurous forever. This goes for the emissions-free Electric Adventure Vehicles we build, and the curious, courageous souls we seek to attract.
As a company, we constantly challenge what’s possible, never simply accepting what has always been done. We reframe old problems, seek new solutions and operate comfortably in areas that are unknown. Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Technical Analyst, Manufacturing Systems to join our dynamic team to lead and manage large-scale MES implementations. As a Sr. Technical Analyst, Manufacturing Systems, you will play a crucial role in overseeing MES projects, guiding cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of solutions that align with business objectives, as well as analyzing, evaluating, and improving our manufacturing systems and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements, optimize efficiency, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in manufacturing systems, business analysis, advanced manufacturing technologies, and IT/OT architectures, and possess exceptional problem-solving skills, with a focus on the automotive or similar industries. This role will report onsite to our Shepherdsville, KY facility and report to our Director, Remanufacturing.
