Job Description:

We are seeking a Sr. Water Resources Engineer/Project Manager to lead and coordinate engineering design services related to hydrology, hydraulics, drainage, stormwater management, water quality retrofits, and stream restoration/mitigation. Responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, preparing design plans and construction documents, managing project permitting, and overseeing construction management efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering.
• 510 years of experience in H&H, drainage design, stormwater management, and/or stream restoration.
• Proficiency with Maryland and/or Pennsylvania stormwater regulations.
• Technical expertise in MicroStation or AutoCAD, TR-20, TR-55, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and GIS-based modeling tools.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
