SS109 User Support and Data Entry Clerk ADNET is seeking to hire a User Support and Data Entry Clerk to work at the NASA Space Science Data Coordinated Archive (NSSDCA) at Goddard Space Flight Center. Duties involve taking requests for data from users (primarily via e-mail) and working with other staff to identify and provide the correct data, potentially referring the user to on-line services or other archives as appropriate. Other duties include the input of information about spacecraft and related products (experiments, data collections, personnel) into a database as required. In addition, this position involves assisting in the ingest of digital data into NSSDCA's permanent archive and ordering supplies. The work requires specialized software/hardware and is full-time on-site. Required Skills: General office skills (typing, filing, copying) General computer skills (e-mail, browsers) Ability to follow explicit directions and perform routine activities Ability to lift up to 40 pounds US Citizenship or Permanent Residency (LPR) required, with US residency for the past 3 consecutive years.
