Job Description:

Were currently seeking a motivated Staff Accountant who is eager to grow professionally and contribute to a wide range of client-focused engagements. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a team setting, enjoys solving complex problems, and is committed to ongoing learning and development. We offer a team-oriented, supportive work environment with exceptional training and advancement opportunities. This is a hybrid role based in our Camas office, with required travel to client sites for meetings, presentations, and project work.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively to complete accounting, tax, and audit projects
• Apply technical skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality client service
• Draft clear and professional client reports
• Document work in accordance with firm and professional standards
• Evaluate and report on clients internal accounting controls
• Research and resolve complex accounting issues
• Build strong working relationships with both clients and peers
  

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting (Required)

CPA license in Washington State preferred (or in progress); Enrolled Agent is a plus

Minimum of 1-4 year in public accounting or tax preparation
