In this role, you will leverage your expertise in sensor technologies and the semiconductor industry to drive growth and market expansion. As a customer-facing professional, you will manage key accounts, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs. You will address complex business challenges, adapt strategies to industry demands, and guide project execution. Your work will influence stakeholders and support innovation to achieve business objectives in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Strategy & Analysis: Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities in the sensor segment. Develop strategies aligned with our product portfolio to address customer requirements and market demands. Provide innovative solutions based on limited information and industry precedents, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve objectives.
• Customer Management: Build strong customer relationships, manage accounts, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities while effectively communicating technical and business concepts.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, product management, and sales teams to align product development with market trends. Train regional teams to promote sensor products and address customer needs.
• Technical Leadership: Act as the primary technical advisor, lead discussions on sensor products, deliver technical training, and provide expert feedback on design schematics and layouts to ensure performance and reliability.

• Experience and Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field, with 8+ years of relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with 5+ years; or a PhD with relevant coursework
• Technical Qualifications:
  • Experience in semiconductor technology, with a focus on sensor systems, their applications, and evolving market trends.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Circuit Simulation, Altium PCB Layout Software, MATLAB, Python, and LabVIEW for designing, simulating, and analyzing systems.
  • Proficiency in using electrical lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, voltmeters, signal generators, and other diagnostic tools.
  • Solid understanding of electrical design principles, with experience in schematic and PCB layout reviews (design experience is a strong plus).
  • Demonstrated capability in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting sensor systems, ensuring performance and reliability.
  • Familiarity with embedded systems programming or firmware development for sensor applications is a plus.
• Communication Skills
  • Skilled in adapting communication style for various audiences, with an ability to persuade and influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adept at explaining complex concepts in ways that are accessible to audiences unfamiliar with technical subject matter.
  • Comfortable working in a client-focused environment, with proven account management skills and the ability to build strong, long-term client relationships.
