Staff or Senior Accountant Our client, a rapidly growing consumer products company, is looking for a Staff or Senior Accountant to join their dynamic team. This fully remote role, based in the PST time zone, offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to multiple areas of accounting. The position will involve managing full-cycle accounting functions, including GL accounting, AP, AR, payroll, and audit support, with occasional travel for quarterly team meetings. Responsibilities Prepare month-end close journal entries and reconciliations for areas such as prepaids, fixed assets, and cash. Support various audits, including financial, tax, and workers' comp as needed. Manage full-cycle accounts payable in Bill.com, including invoice processing, PO matching, and reconciling corporate credit card transactions. Oversee accounts receivable, including collecting overdue invoices and applying payments to QuickBooks. Work with Operations to dispute and track chargebacks and credit memos. Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency. Requirements 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in high-growth CPG or public accounting. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take on increasing responsibilities. High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail. Strong communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.
