PennState Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Orthopedics Supervisor for a nursing job in Campbelltown, Pennsylvania.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:\n \n \n \n \n

\n \n Responsible for serving in a lead capacity by assisting with supervision of clinical staff; for providing leadership and orientation to clinical personnel; and for performing a variety of nursing duties in order to coordinate the delivery of care to patients. Serve as a role model, leader, consultant, collaborator, educator, and clinician within a specialty area.\n \n \n \n

\n \n \n MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):\n \n \n \n \n

\n

\n

\n

\n
• \n \n Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a Master's Degree in Nursing required.\n \n
\n
• \n \n Five (5) years clinical RN experience required.\n \n
\n
• \n \n Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.\n \n
\n
• \n \n Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate\n \n
\n

\n \n \n PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):\n \n \n

• \n \n Experience in specialty area preferred.\n \n
\n
• \n \n Certification in a specialty area preferred.\n \n
\n
