We’re looking for a dynamic Staffing Consultant to join our team and help drive our mission to attract, develop, and retain top talent! If you're passionate about human resources and excited about making an impact, this is the opportunity for you.

Shift: Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit & Interview: Identify and engage top talent by screening, recruiting, and conducting interviews.
• Onboarding & Training: Welcome and equip new hires with the tools they need to succeed from day one.
• Business Development: Help grow our business by supporting sales activities and fostering client relationships.
• Company Culture & Values: Champion our company’s culture, values, and policies to ensure a cohesive, thriving workplace.
• Reporting: Provide management with critical reports and documents to keep things running smoothly.
• Employee Recognition: Plan and coordinate exciting events that celebrate our employees and foster team spirit.
• File Maintenance: Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records to ensure compliance and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in Human Resources, recruiting or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• A natural ability to build rapport and connect with employees at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
