We're Hiring: Remote Merchandising Operations Coordinator ( Remote based out of FL)

Our growing merchandising service company is looking for a highly organized multitasker to manage remote hourly field staff. If you're skilled at scheduling, routing, resolving issues, and communicating clearly-you could be a perfect fit.

Recruiting will make up approximately 50% of this role-candidates must be results-driven and focused on delivering strong hiring outcomes.

• What You'll Do:

  • Manage day-to-day operations for a team of hourly merchandisers across multiple time zones

  • Create and adjust schedules and routing to ensure timely project execution

  • Communicate with team members via phone, text, and email to provide direction and resolve issues

  • Track time, attendance, and performance to support compliance and accountability

  • Handle basic HR-related responsibilities such as onboarding assistance, incident reporting, and policy communication

  • Maintain organized records and project status using digital tools and trackers

  • Work closely with leadership to ensure smooth coordination between clients and field staff

  • Lead ongoing recruiting efforts (approximately 50% of the role) and deliver measurable hiring results for hourly field positions

  • Support a culture of reliability, communication, and results
