Job Description
Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. (WJE) is seeking current students in a fire protection engineering or related program for a 2025 Summer Internship with our Fire Protection Engineering practice.
WJE is a global firm of engineers, architects, and materials scientists committed to helping solve, repair, and avoid problems in the built world since 1956. WJE's Fire Protection Engineering team specializes in fire protection principles, life safety, building codes, and evaluation techniques for all types of new and existing structures.
At WJE, we spend almost as much time in the field, up close and personal with our projects, as we do in the office. As a Fire Protection Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to work side-by-side with industry-leading experts and gain hands-on experience while applying classroom knowledge to real-world challenges.

The expected hourly rates for interns range from $26.00 an hour to $36.00 an hour based on education level and internship job location.
