Job Description: The Impact You'll Make in this Role As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Create production and procurement schedules for area of responsibility.
- Works closely with the business to understand customer requirements and forecasts. Works closely with manufacturing to ensure alignment to business requirements by setting and maintaining sufficient inventory levels and lead times.
- Develops and maintains operating rhythms to ensure smooth supply chain operations, aligning supply with demand.
- Provides a high degree of planning analysis to support decision making.
- Publishes and presents service and inventory metrics and results.
- Identifies and leads projects that improve supply chain speed and inventory investment. Review and reports on project progress with management.
Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and minimum of (2) two years of combined experience in supply chain, planning, logistics or manufacturing in a private, public, government or military environment
- High School Diploma/GED from AND (7) seven years of combined experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, or manufacturing in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, materials, or business management or engineering
- Experience with SAP
- Advanced data analysis & Microsoft Excel skills
- APICS CPIM certification or willingness to pursue
- Six Sigma Green Belt experience or certification
- Lean Manufacturing experience

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $82,370 - $100,675, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
