Candidates should be Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or Surveyor in Training (SI) in the state of South Carolina with excellent communication skills, project management experience, and a working knowledge of Civil3D and Trimble Business Center software. The ideal candidate would have surveying and mapping experience in land development and site development and be capable of managing survey technicians and field staff.
Job Description: •Looking for self-starter, team-oriented person that wants to help build a survey department from ground up
•Estimates, plans and manages surveying aspects of multi-discipline engineering projects
•Effectively ensures projects are completed within scope, schedule and budget
•Leads and supervises survey teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
•Mentor and develop survey personnel
•Sign and seal professional surveying documents
Job Requirements: •Professional Land Surveyor in South Carolina working out of the Charlotte, NC office
•Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills
•Strong survey experience in land/site development
•Personnel management experience
•Working knowledge and familiarity of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center
