In the FREE training running from December 1st 2025 to February 27th 2026 you will gain proficiency in all core responsibilities:

• Guest Service & Experience: You will master providing the prompt courteous and accurate dealing required to create an entertaining and efficient gaming experience.
• Security & Integrity: You will be trained in the critical responsibility of maintaining inspection of decks and gaming equipment and ensuring the security and integrity of the game at all times.
• Game Management & Finance: Youll learn the essential mechanics of dealing including precise counts and payouts safely exchanging guest currency for gaming chips and maintaining the security of all currency and chips.
• Rules & Compliance: You will be drilled on all established rules and procedures ensuring you can assist guests in playing and ensure adherence to all established rules policies and procedures.

Upon successful completion of the training you will fulfill the Must successfully complete training in Cherokee Nation Entertainment Gaming Academy qualification and be prepared to pass the final audition for a potential job offer.

**Must be able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week un-paid on-site at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino for training for a total of 240 hours to successfully test at completion of class.

• Provide prompt courteous and accurate dealing.
• Maintain inspection of decks and gaming equipment to ensure the security of the game.
• Exchange guest currency for gaming chips and ensure the safety of all chips and currency.
• Assist guests in playing and ensure adherence to all established rules policies and procedures.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with six months of directly related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must successfully complete training in CNE Gaming Academy.
• Must have and maintain a valid drivers license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
• Ability to provide a high standard of guest service.
