We’re looking for a consultant who is just as comfortable walking a client through complex tax strategies as they are brainstorming business solutions or helping a peer sharpen their skills. Someone who thrives on being the bridge between the rules of finance and the success of the client.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a trusted advisor and strategist, not just a form filler. Your impact will include:

• Owning client relationships through our recurring consulting program.

• Analyzing financials and developing tailored recommendations.

• Providing proactive tax & business planning for entrepreneurs, medical professionals, and real estate investors.

• Meeting with clients to discuss opportunities, concerns, risks, and strategies.

• Explaining complex concepts in ways clients actually understand.

• Delivering advisory services on a project basis (beyond tax prep).

• Conducting tax research and providing IRS & state representation when needed.

• Calculating quarterly estimates and ensuring clients stay ahead of tax obligations.

• Contributing to firm innovation by designing processes, resources, and client tools that enhance efficiency and value.

• Mentoring peers and helping build a culture of continuous learning.

• Occasionally preparing returns (but always as part of the bigger picture).

• Driving firm growth with ideas and opportunities we haven’t yet considered.

• Bringing positivity, excitement, and leadership to every client and team interaction.

What It Takes (Required Skills)

Our superstar consultant will bring:

• 5+ years of public accounting experience (income and/or estate tax).

• Strong working knowledge of tax & accounting rules/regulations.

• Passion for problem-solving and helping others succeed.

• Comfort with technology and learning new tools (we love innovation).

• High standards of organization, accountability, and reliability.

• Clear, confident communication skills—with clients, peers, and leadership.

• A mindset of positivity, adaptability, and curiosity.

What Sets You Apart (Desired Skills)

You’ll stand out if you bring:

• BA or MS in Accounting.

• EA, CPA, or CPA Candidate.

• Expertise in one or more of the following:

  • Individual, Partnership, Corporate (S & C Corp), or Trust & Estate taxation.

  • Securities & investment taxation.

• Experience supporting medical professionals, real estate investors, or small business owners.

• Comfort working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

• Strong aptitude for teaching/explaining complex financial concepts.

• Leadership, office management, or project management certifications.

• Any unique skill, perspective, or passion that makes our firm stronger.
