CALL LEADS TO MAKE SALES, TAX PREPARATION, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE (You must have experience in these areas.)

 

Job Summary

• Tax Preparation, Customer Service, Markets and sells products or services to established clients.

General Accountabilities

• Markets and sells the company's products or services.
• Projects a warm, inviting and trustworthy image on the phone.
• Prepares bids and quotes.
• Answers on customer inquiries.
• Research new product requests and writes orders.
• Negotiates pricing and availability with vendors.
• Serves as a liaison between the outside sales and customer service departments.
• Tracks and prepares reports on daily, weekly, and monthly leads and sales.

• Prepares federal, state, or local tax returns for individuals, business establishments, or other organizations.
• Examine accounts and records and computes taxes owed according to prescribed rates, laws, and regulations.
• Completes forms for tax refunds.
• Advises management regarding the effects of business activities on taxes, and on strategies for minimizing tax liability.
• Ensures that organization complies taxing authority requirements.
• Represents organization before taxing associations.
• Organizes and maintains tax records and conducts tax studies and special projects.
• Provides tax advice.

Job Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business with strong focus in accounting, business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• I must have sales and tax preparation experience, Drake Tax Software
• Most be proficient and experience using MS word, Excell and other related computer software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, Persuasion, Negotiation, Service orientation, social perceptiveness, Active listening.
