We are looking for an experienced Tile Installer to join our team and contribute to high-quality residential remodels. This is a 1099 subcontractor position offering steady, year-round projects with a supportive team environment. Responsibilities Install tile in bathrooms, kitchens, and other residential spaces Prepare and level surfaces, including mortar beds and backer board installation Cut and fit tile precisely using proper tools and techniques Grout, seal, and finish tile installations to company quality standards Maintain a clean and organized job site Communicate effectively with project managers and other team members Follow company safety and installation guidelines Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in residential tile installation Proficient in setting tile for floors, showers, and backsplashes Knowledge of leveling systems, waterproofing methods, and layout design Must have your own truck and professional tools Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay Consistent, year-round work Opportunities for growth with a rapidly expanding company Professional, team-oriented work environment Schedule Monday–Friday (occasional weekends if needed) Full-time availability preferred Note: This description reflects the primary responsibilities and requirements for the Tile Installer role.
