Responsibilities Coordinate with escrow companies to manage documentation, timelines, and closing processes Serve as a liaison between the company and Japanese investors, providing regular updates and facilitating communication Prepare, review, and manage real estate transaction documents and contracts Maintain organized records and ensure timely document submission and compliance Schedule and coordinate meetings, property inspections, and transaction milestones Qualifications Experience in the California real estate industry (brokerage or sales) California Real Estate Salesperson license preferred Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese (verbal and written) Prior administrative experience in real estate or related fields is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Salary USD 80,000 - 100,000 + Annual Bonus Benefits Health insurance: 10% employee contribution, 50% family coverage 401(k) plan: Scheduled for implementation next fiscal year #J-18808-Ljbffr JAC Recruitment
