Job Title: Transportation Product Manager – Cross-Border Logistics

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Product Manager to drive the development and expansion of our Cross-Border Transportation product. This role will focus on optimizing air and ocean shipping flows, customs clearance, and handoffs across international and U.S. domestic legs. You will work closely with engineering, operations, sales, and vendor partners to deliver efficient, scalable, and market-aligned logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development across international shipping modes, including air, ocean, and ground
• Optimize customs clearance, origin-destination matching, and injection planning into U.S. networks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, manage backlogs, and lead implementation
• Partner with commercial and sales teams to align product development with customer demand and service expectations
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements in speed, cost, and reliability
• Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive offerings in global logistics

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in cross-border logistics, product management, or international supply chain
• Strong market acumen , with the ability to interpret and act on shifts in customer expectations, competitive landscape, and trade patterns
• Deep understanding of U.S. distribution networks, demand concentration, and consumer delivery preferences
• Experience delivering air/ocean freight products in a freight forwarding or 3PL environment strongly preferred
• Background in sales or solution design is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional initiatives
