\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour shifts with every other weekend requirement
\n• Holiday coverage as needed
\n• Float between multiple ER satellite locations in the East Valley area including Ahwatukee, Chandler, East Mesa, Gilbert, Mesa Baseline, McQueen, and San Tan Valley
\n• Schedule will be made in advance so you know which location to report to
\n• Work as one of only 2 RNs on staff at satellite locations
\n• Maintain 4:1 patient ratio
\n• Required to pass dysrhythmia exam prior to start with maximum 2 attempts
\n• Pass/fail Sim Lab required on Day 1 of orientation covering Foley catheter insertion and port-a-cath insertion
\n• Must maintain sterile field competency as failure results in termination
\n• Additional orientation includes lifts, restraints, and wound care education
\n• Use T-System EMR and CERNER charting system
\n• Perform lab draws as ER staff
\n• Must be vent capable
\n• Wear Galaxy Blue scrubs
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, TNCC (CPI preferred but not required)
\n• Floor-specific orientation provided
\n• Cancellation policy: 4 shifts per contract (3 shifts if contract under 13 weeks)
