Mitchell Martin Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN CNO - Chief Nursing Officer Chief for a travel nursing job in Bronx, New York.
Senior leadership role. Master's degree in nursing or related field; Doctorate in nursing or health administration
preferred
• Current RN licensure and relevant certifications in nursing leadership
• 10+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience, including experience in a senior
management role
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, manage complex projects, and drive change
initiatives
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality
improvement methodologiesExperience in a multi-facility healthcare system or academic medical center
• Track record of successful implementation of nursing practice initiatives that enhance
patient care
• Active participation in professional nursing organizations and community health initiatives
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
• Proficient in healthcare management software and electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Experience with data analytics to drive clinical decision-making and performance
improvement
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management in healthcare settings
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate
nursing staff
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse
stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving and decision-making
