Case Management ****MUST HAVE RECENT ACUTE CASE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE***** Shift – 8:00AM-5:00PM Current RN License, CCM preferred, Bachelor’s Degree preferred, minimum of one year acute care or payer case management, utilization management, discharge planning, resource management experience required. Minimum of three years of acute care nursing required. Proficiency with information systems and computer systems; MIDAS preferred. #AN
