13 Weeks | Night Shift | 3x12sHumanEdge Health is seeking a skilled Travel Registered Nurse for a night shift assignment at a long-term acute care facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan . This is a 13-week contract opportunity for an RN who thrives in high-acuity settings and is committed to delivering exceptional, patient-focused care.
Position Overview:
Provide direct patient care based on individualized nursing plans
Complete nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission
Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and orientees
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in discharge planning
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all assessments, interventions, and patient responses
Uphold safety standards and contribute to a positive team environment
Communicate patient status updates clearly and professionally
Serve as charge nurse as needed following orientation
Requirements:
Active RN license (MI or compact)
Previous LTAC or acute care experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
Comfortable working 3x12s on night shift, including weekends as required
